Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship only within Iceland.

Capital Area (Reykjavík, Kópavogur, Mosfellsbær, Hafnarfjörður): 24–48 hours

Outside the Capital Area: Delivery time depends on shipping schedules and location.

Free Personal delivery within the capital area.

• Outside the capital area, delivery fees depend on weight, size, and location.

• If no one is available and prior notice is not given at least 4 hours before the personal delivery, a redelivery fee will apply.

Returns, Defects & Responsibility

Outside the Capital Area (within 14 days):

  • Returns are accepted only if the perfume is sealed, unopened, and free from damage, including the packaging.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Visual inspection is required before a refund is issued.

  • Opened perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • You may choose a replacement perfume or a full refund.

Inside the Capital Area (within 14 days):

  • Returns are accepted only if the perfume is sealed, unopened, and undamaged.

  • Pickup is handled personally by Aromas Dubai, and the cost is covered by us.

  • Refunds or exchanges are processed after a visual inspection.

  • Opened perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

You may choose a replacement perfume or a full refund.

  • Report within 24 hours with photos or video.

  • Capital Zone: Free replacement; free sample included; out of stock → full refund + discount on next purchase.

  • Outside Capital Zone: Replacement guaranteed, shipping costs covered; free sample included; out of stock → full refund + discount on next purchase.

Process starts after report approval and scheduling.

Product Usage & Care

  • Apply directly on the skin for best results.

For oily or sweaty skin, applying on clothing is acceptable.

• Longevity depends on skin type and weather, averaging 5–7 hours

  • Women & Men: All perfumes for adults are recommended for ages 12 and above.

  • Kids (3–12 years): Only our special kids’ perfumes (Lattafa Kids Collection) are suitable for this age range.

Unisex: Recommended for ages 12 and above, suitable for anyone regardless of gender..

• Cool, dry place, away from sunlight and heat. Proper storage preserves fragrance quality and safety.

Safety & Usage

• Yes, but check the ingredient list for potential allergies. Contact us if unsure.

• Yes, but avoid delicate or light-colored fabrics, as fragrances may stain.

  • Eye contact: Rinse immediately with plenty of water; remove contact lenses if possible; seek medical advice if irritation persists.

Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting; seek medical attention immediately, especially for children.

• Keep perfumes out of reach of children under 12. Only our special kids’ perfumes are suitable for ages 3–12. Contac us

• Keep perfumes away from pets. Avoid direct contact with their skin or fur, and prevent them from inhaling strong fragrances for.

• Yes, keep away from fire, heat, and sparks.
