Perfume scent, longevity, and performance may vary depending on individual skin type, body chemistry, storage conditions, and environmental factors. Such variations do not constitute a product defect.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and branding, is the exclusive property of Aromas Dubai. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Safety Notice

Perfumes are flammable cosmetic products intended for external use only. Customers must follow all safety and usage instructions provided on the website and product packaging.

Right to Refuse Service

Aromas Dubai reserves the right to cancel orders, suspend transactions, or refuse service in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, abuse, violation of these Terms, or unlawful activity.



Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Iceland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of Icelandic courts.


2. Safety & Usage


  • Flammability: All perfumes are flammable. Keep away from heat, fire, or sparks.

  • External Use Only: Perfumes are for external use only.

  • Skin & Allergy Advice: Read perfume scent notes carefully before use.

    Contact us for guidance if you have sensitive skin or allergies.

    Our perfumes are high-quality, long-lasting, and made with strong natural oils.

  • Avoid Eyes, Mouth & Ears: Do not spray perfume near the eyes, mouth, or inside the ears.

  • Children & Age Recommendations: Keep all perfumes out of reach of children.

    Only perfumes labeled for ages 3–12 are suitable for children.

    All other perfumes are recommended for ages 12 and above.

  • Pets Safety: Keep perfumes away from pets at all times.

    Avoid spraying perfume near animals or allowing direct contact, as fragrance ingredients may cause irritation or harm if inhaled, ingested, or absorbed.

  • Storage Instructions: Store perfumes in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.

  • Accidental Ingestion: If perfume is ingested, seek medical advice immediately.

  • Eye Contact: If perfume comes into contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water for several minutes.

    Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. 

Avoid rubbing the eyes.
If irritation, redness, or discomfort persists, seek medical advice.

If perfume is accidentally ingested:

  • Do not induce vomiting.

  • Rinse the mouth gently with water.

  • Seek medical attention or contact a poison control center immediately, especially if the amount ingested is more than minimal or if the person is a child or has symptoms such as nausea, dizziness, or breathing difficulty.


3. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if:

  • The perfume is unopened

  • The original seal is intact

  • The packaging is undamaged

  • Clear photos from all angles are provided for visual inspection and approval

Opened perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.

Returns Within the Capital zone

(Reykjavík, Kópavogur, Mosfellsbær, Hafnarfjörður)

  • Return delivery costs are covered by Aromas Dubai once the return is approved.

  • Returns are accepted only after visual inspection and confirmation of the item’s condition.

  • Personal return collection may be arranged when applicable.

Returns Outside the Capital zone

  • Customer pays shipping apply unless the return is due to our error.

  • Return costs depend on the item’s weight, size, and delivery method, and will be confirmed after agreement with the customer.

  • Visual inspection via clear photos from all angles is required before approval of any return.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued:

  • To the original payment method

  •  Via bank transfer to the original order holder

 Refund processing time: 3–10 business days
(after inspection and approval)



4. Reporting Issues & Replacement Policy

Reporting Issues

  • Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Proof requirement: Photos or video are sufficient to start the process. Send to our email: [insert email].

5. Delivery Policy & Personal Delivery Service

Delivery Areas

Free Personal Delivery:
is available for orders over 5,000 ISK in (REY, KOP, HAF, MOS).

Paid Delivery:
Outside Capital Zone as (personal delivery or postal service depending on location, weight, and size).

Delivery Time & Hours

  • Same-day delivery or within 24–48 hours in the Capital Zone

  • Delivery time depends on customer availability by agreement.

  • Delivery days:
      All days of the week

Delivery time begins after order confirmation.


Order Confirmation

To be considered successfully completed and ready to proceed, an order must meet the following:

  1. Payment is fully completed and accepted by Aromas Dubai.

  2. All required customer information (name, address, contact details) is provided and correct.

  3. Any missing or incorrect information will put the order on hold until we contact you and receive the correct details.

  4. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, and delivery fails because no one is available to receive it, a redelivery fee will apply.


Personal Delivery Service (Capital Zone)

Orders within the capital area are hand-delivered by our team, offering:

  • Personal service within 24–48 hours

  • Opportunity to try additional samples

Order Verification at Delivery:
Customers may be asked to confirm:

  • Order number

  • Order name

No ID is required.


Customer Availability & Redelivery (Capital Zone)

Customers must be available at the agreed delivery time.
If the customer:

  • Is not available, or

  • Does not notify us at least 4 hours in advance

 A redelivery fee will apply.

Customers may change the delivery location with less than 4 hours’ notice by contacting us directly.

Delivery Responsibility

Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer upon successful handover or delivered to the post office or the shipping. 

 Outside the Capital Zone

Once your order is confirmed, we will proceed with arranging delivery through a postal service for your location.

  • The items will be handed over to the delivery company to complete the shipping process.

  • You will receive a tracking number for your order so you can monitor the delivery status.

  • We kindly ask you to confirm receipt and let us know if you are satisfied with your perfumes.

Delivery fees may apply depending on location, weight, and size, and responsibility for the order transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.

Shipping with Pósturinn and pick up

Do you deliver with Pósturinn?

Yes, we send via Pósturinn and are paid upon collection at the post office. 

Do you offer special safety packaging for perfumes?
Yes. We provide mandatory protective packaging for perfume safety during shipping (499+ ISK per order), selected at checkout.

What are the costs for pickup in the capital area?

Shipping starts from 1,230 ISK (1–5 kg).Final shipping costs are depending by parcel size, weight, and any additional protection services selected. We recommend adding fragile handling (500 ISK+) as optional Extra insurance (650 ISK+), payment upon collection. 

What are the costs outside the capital area?

Do you offer home delivery with Pósturinn?

Yes. Home delivery is available through Pósturinn, with rates varying based on parcel size, weight, destination, and selected services. Please contact us for details or visit Pósturinn

Force Majeure

Aromas Dubai is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Road closures

  • Force majeure events

  • Other unforeseen circumstances
