Safety & Usage

  • Flammability:
    All perfumes are flammable. Keep away from heat, fire, or sparks.

  • External Use Only:
    Perfumes are for external use only.

  • Skin & Allergy Advice:
    Read perfume scent notes carefully before use.
    Contact us for guidance if you have sensitive skin or allergies.
    Our perfumes are high-quality, long-lasting, and made with strong natural oils.

  • Avoid Eyes, Mouth & Ears:
    Do not spray perfume near the eyes, mouth, or inside the ears.

  • Children & Age Recommendations:
    Keep all perfumes out of reach of children.
    Only perfumes labeled for ages 3–12 are suitable for children.
    All other perfumes are recommended for ages 12 and above.

  • Pets Safety:
    Keep perfumes away from pets at all times.
    Avoid spraying perfume near animals or allowing direct contact, as fragrance ingredients may cause irritation or harm if inhaled, ingested, or absorbed.

  • Storage Instructions:
    Store perfumes in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.

  • Accidental Ingestion:
    If perfume is ingested, seek medical advice immediately.

  • Eye Contact:
    If perfume comes into contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water for several minutes.
    Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. 

Avoid rubbing the eyes.
If irritation, redness, or discomfort persists, seek medical advice.

If perfume is accidentally ingested:

  • Do not induce vomiting.

  • Rinse the mouth gently with water.

Seek medical attention or contact a poison control center immediately, especially if the amount ingested is more than minimal or if the person is a child or has symptoms such as nausea, dizziness, or breathing difficulty.


RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if:

  • The perfume is unopened

  • The original seal is intact

  • The packaging is undamaged

  • Clear photos from all angles are provided for visual inspection and approval

Opened perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.

Returns Within the Capital zone

(Reykjavík, Kópavogur, Mosfellsbær, Hafnarfjörður)

  • Return delivery costs are covered by Aromas Dubai once the return is approved.

  • Returns are accepted only after visual inspection and confirmation of the item’s condition.

  • Personal return collection may be arranged when applicable.

Returns Outside the Capital zone

  • Customer pays shipping apply unless the return is due to our error.

  • Return costs depend on the item’s weight, size, and delivery method, and will be confirmed after agreement with the customer.

  • Visual inspection via clear photos from all angles is required before approval of any return.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued:

  • To the original payment method

  •  Via bank transfer to the original order holder

 Refund processing time: 3–10 business days

    • Scheduling a date to start the replacement  process according to agreement and our terms with free sample
