The original seal is intact

The packaging is undamaged

Clear photos from all angles are provided for visual inspection and approval
Opened perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.
Returns Within the Capital zone
(Reykjavík, Kópavogur, Mosfellsbær, Hafnarfjörður)

Return delivery costs are covered by Aromas Dubai once the return is approved.

Returns are accepted only after visual inspection and confirmation of the item’s condition.

Personal return collection may be arranged when applicable.
Returns Outside the Capital zone

Customer pays shipping apply unless the return is due to our error.

Return costs depend on the item’s weight, size, and delivery method, and will be confirmed after agreement with the customer.
